Innatemart Services Manpower consultancy is one of the leading international recruitment Companies based in Tamilnadu, India. We offer a variety of solutions, including Full Recruitment, Pre-Screening of Candidates and students to study abroad, and nursing jobs in Europe and the Middle East; we tailor our service to individual requirements. Our company was formed five years ago. Our Directors have over 15 years of experience working within Nursing Recruitment; they felt passionate that Recruitment companies have a large part to play in ensuring that the end client receives the highest standard of care and support and that, unfortunately, this is all too easily forgotten in favour of financial gain in the recruitment industry.
In a forum as sensitive as care providers, we have a moral obligation to ensure our service is reliable, honest and trustworthy and is delivered by people who understand and care about our forum. It is important to remember that as recruiters we have moral obligations to provide that high standard of care; we should not take that obligation any less seriously. Our consultants are efficient and trained to find the right person for our clients and the proper role for our candidates, knowing that the people we provide are passionate about delivering a good job.

Founders
Dr Jayanthi is our founder of Innatemart Services and has done her Ph.D. in Education from M K University in India; she has excellent experience and expertise in student admissions abroad, student jobs visa and consultant as the international education system, Research and teaching.
Mrs Vijayabharathi, Client relationship officer of Innatemart Services, MSc in Nursing from MGR Medical University, has over 15 years of teaching and clinical experience in the Nursing field and Research Abroad and lives in Europe Union countries.
Directors
Mr. Dawin Chandran has vast experience in human resource management and international recruitment strategies; basically, he is an entrepreneur on the global value chain and acquired BSc Degree in the Healthcare sector in the early stage. He has placed many candidates in the international human capital market, especially in the Canadian immigration and job sectors and the worldwide healthcare entity.
Healthcare Consultant
Mr. Chandrasekar, MSc in Nursing. MBA (UK), worked in Ireland’s Health care settings for the past 15 years, has over two decades of experience in recruitment and healthcare consulting firms, involved in nursing research at the international forum, hospital industries and overseas health care system in Europe, Asia and the middle east.

Mr. Veeraragavan, MA., MEd., M.Phil., Professor of English, has a decade of experience teaching and guiding students to pursue their studies and career abroad, like in Australia, the UK, and Ireland. The USA.
